Today, we will assess the strength of our emotional connections and explore potential areas for enhancing your startup brand.
By establishing an emotional positioning for your startup brand, you can effectively connect with your target audience's desires, aspirations, and values. This creates a strong bond that goes beyond a transactional relationship. This emotional connection allows your startup brand to foster loyalty and trust, leading to long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
There are nine major categories, each consisting of specific emotions. We can analyze how these brands utilize these emotional groupings by plotting our Startup Brand on this areas. 👇🏼
The Nine Emotional Areas
Belonging: We want our brand to make people feel accepted, included, valued, and respected. (Examples: Airbnb, Dove)
